Ingeborg is a certified prenatal yoga teacher, retreat leader, and founder of The HummingBee. Her own birth experiences profoundly inspired her to support and guide expectant parents on their journey.​

She shares her knowledge through movement, mindfulness, and education to help you feel strong, confident, and deeply connected to yourself and your baby. Her goal is to prepare you for a positive, empowering birth experience.

Meet Sarah, a doula and a mother of three. As your doula, she offers support and practical tools to help you approach childbirth with calm and confidence.

She is also a passionate maternity photographer and videographer dedicated to capturing the raw beauty of your most precious moments.​​

Her goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where you feel empowered, inspired, and ready for birth.

Anna

Massage is all about the touch, and that's exactly what Anna learned 20 years ago when she was studying at Holos, the Holistic Massage Academy in the Netherlands. Besides learning a lot about the human body, way beyond just muscles, she's been taught many different techniques but more importantly *how* to use them in a way that emphasizes on presence and full attention, all in touch with you and your baby. Her goal is to give the most relaxing treatment fully adapted to you.

On the menu: colorful, wholesome recipes prepared with curiosity, intention, and the best nature has to offer.
